The Floating-Point Approach

Since our inception in 1996, Floating-Point has provided our clients with solutions that generate results. Our tailored solutions leverage internet technology and compliment it with traditional marketing collateral. 

Our approach is to work collaboratively with you to develop the road map. The first step is spending time with you to assess your needs and objectives. This can include; stakeholder interviews, round table discussions and focus group sessions. From here we conduct market research using techniques such as client interviews, competitor reviews and surveys. Next, we design the solution which includes an implementation plan for each of the thrusts of the program. For example, the plan may include a new web 2.0 website, email marketing plan and a supporting blog campaign. Prior to the launch, benchmarking metrics will be put in place and these will be used to measure the success of the campaign.
